Winetasting
Nice very pale yellow color. Intense nose of exotic fruit (pineapple, guava and hints of banana), citrus fruit and a touch of scrubland (thyme). The palate is balanced. The start is fresh, sharpening the taste buds. Nice length dominated by exotic fruit.
Food and wine pairing
Aperitif, sea food platter, poultry with Provençal herbs, lemon meringue pie.
Ageing
2 years. Serve at 9°C.
