Intense and complex nose of white fruits and spices evoking coriander and cedar wood.
Fresh, ample and generous mouth. Long finish with exotic fruits and peppery notes. Very nice balance, pleasant and fresh.

Rabbit with apricots, Provençal ratatouille, salmon steak on its bed of leek, apricot pie.

1 to 2 years.
